What is your cancellation policy?
Any reservation cancelled outside of 72 hours prior to check-in has 2 options:
1. Contact us to change reservation dates
2. 90% refund to credit card on file
No cancellations, alterations or refunds within 72 hours of arrival date
What types of sites do you offer?
Reservations are now open for:
・2 Sleeper Cabins: both sleep 4
・4 Primitive Platform Tent sites
・7 RV/Camper Van/Rooftop sites- 30 amp W/E
・2 RV/Camper Van/Rooftop sites- 50 amp W/E
・1 Primitive Hammock site
*With the exception of site 30-6, 30 amp sites are most suitable for camper vans and Class B or C RVs. These sites will not allow for multiple vehicle parking. RV site 30-6 is large enough for one camping vehicle + tent, tow vehicle, etc.
Do you offer day passes?
Yes! Day passes are available for $10/day and include parking, trail access, showers, restrooms, picnic tables, fire ring. Call or text 256-282-2555 to pay.
Can I bring my pet/s?
Yes! Please respect other campers by following these requirements:
・Max 2 pets per site
・Leash required at all times in common areas
・No pets allowed in bathhouse at any time (please contact us for service animals or special circumstances)
・No barking dogs
・Please crate pets inside cabins if left unattended
Can I build a campfire?
Yes! Campfires must remain inside your fire ring. No metal, glass, or plastic allowed in fire. Do not move campfire rings.
How close is the Coldwater MTB Trail?
If you camp here, you're camping on the trail! With over 50 miles of single track, the camp is bordered by the downhill “hare” trail; access is within 50' of the camp center.
What is allowed on the trails?
Bicycles, e-bikes, hiking, and pets are all welcome. ATVs & horses are not permitted.
